User Agreement

Any site displaying CodeAds html code has in effect agreed to our terms of use. If you are in non agreement with our terms, please remove our banners immediately. Violation of these terms causes immediate termination of your account and non payment of any earned banner impressions. If there are any questions about any of these rules please email us.

• Foreign language sites are not accepted. Site must be in English only.
• The site must represent original, specialty content. Portals, search engines, and sites of links to other people content generally do not fit our definition of specialty content. For examples of specialty content visit our sample sites page.
• The site must be live and have current traffic of at least 10,000 page views per month. Sites that are incomplete will not be accepted.
• The site must have an active, publicly stated privacy policy.
• Your site cannot Reside or be hosted by free page services (for example, Freetown, Geocities, Tripod) or provide free hosting services.
• Your site cannot contain ANY adult or sexually explicit content or links to adult or sexually explicit content.
• Your site cannot allow ads on any sites or pages that you are not directly responsible for the content (e.g. other networks).
• Your site cannot Infringe on any personal, intellectual property, or copyrights of others (e.g. Warez, ROM files).
• Your site cannot allow timed rotation or auto refresh of banners.
• The banner code provided cannot be modified in any way.
• Html code must not be placed on a popup page.
• Banners must be placed at the top and bottom of your web page providing there is a place for bottom placement.
• We do not allow our code to be placed on sites with advertising networks; alcohol, tobacco or illegal substances; nudity, sex, pornography, or adult-oriented content; expletives or inappropriate language; content promoting illegal activity, such as copyright infringement, racism, hate, "spam," mail fraud, pyramid schemes, or investment opportunities or advice not permitted under applicable law; content that is libelous, defamatory, contrary to public policy, or otherwise unlawful, or any other content deemed inappropriate by CodeAds. If in doubt send us an email.
• You will get paid within 48 hours when you have earned a $10 minimum payout.
• Publisher agrees to enter into a 30 day banner commitment with our minimum banner ad quantity requirement.
• Payouts may be made at a fixed or variable rate based on advertiser interest in your site. This information is available in your account page.
• CodeAds reserves the right to immediately terminate any account that violates these standards or seems inappropriate for our advertisers.
• Any members who has no activities more than 30 days may determined as an inactive member. We will remove those inactive members weekly basis and will result in forfeiture of all money owed.
• IN NO EVENT SHALL CODEADS BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING HEREUNDER OR FROM THE PROVISION OF SERVICES, INCLUDING ADVERTISING ON THE WEBSITE.
• CodeAds will not distribute payments to any site violating any of these terms.
